We make our best efforts to deliver the products within 5 to 7 working days based on the geographic location.
If you believe that the products are not in good condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the products and immediately inform customer care by email at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning the invoice number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

If you are not satisfied with any of our products purchased from us online, we will give you a 100% refund excluding delivery charges, and any other discounts or offers availed.
Returns for refund must be received to our warehouse within 30 days from the day of purchase and should be in saleable condition.
We offer a money back guarantee for our online IBO’s / PC’s. The IBO has understood that the applicant and his / her customer can take refund within 30 days from the date of purchase of their product (on account of defect and or dissatisfaction) after standard deduction of 10 - 15% as handling charges. Refund excludes any other discounts or offers availed at the time of purchase.
The products should be in re-saleable condition a) re saleable condition means the condition in which the price label is clean and intact and in good condition. b) The production of the refunded product has not yet stopped. c) The product seal (shrink wrapping) should be unopened d)The product should have a reasonable Shelf (Date of expiry) Life period OR such an IBO may gel exchange his / her purchased products, within a period of 30 days from the date of purchase as per the condition mentioned in this clause. When returning goods, please quote the invoice number, your name, name of the product and the reason why you are returning the goods.
Team MSAN Lifecare & Tourism (I) Private Limited will reverse all the commission and benefit paid for any such returned product as it would amount to cancellation of sale.
Team MSAN Lifecare & Tourism (I) Private Limited) also offers to its C & F Agent, District Franchisee and Mobile Franchisee an opportunity to return any unsold (Non Moving) inventory within a period of 90 days from their purchase, provided such unsold inventory is in marketable condition. Refund is the sole discretion of the management. If the product is in marketable condition, refund would be offered however, 15% handling charges would be deducted upfront.
